He's fitted new bath mixer taps for me on a D shaped bath without removing the whole bath, keeping the work simple and cost effective. He also fitted a replacement soft close toilet seat. He fit us in really quickly and was flexible with days and times which was really appreciated. Communication was excellent and photos were sent to me afterwards showing the work he had carried out.
